My name is Michelle. My husband Reynante and I bought a house 4 years ago.We just moved here from Hawaii at first we rented a place for us to live in.We rented for about a year and when my husband Reynante attended a party at a co workers house where he met Nina Arce. We were not really planning on buying our first home because we though we couldn’t afford it. My husband is the only one that has an income and I can’t work because we have 4 kids and no one to care for them. My husband and I talked and he told me what Nina told him about owning our first home. Because we were a first time home buyers it is not impossible. We started looking for houses we could afford but we had no Realtor®. We hired a Realtor® from PMZ but we were not happy with his work. We felt like he just wanted a fast work and he was very pushy with us. He didn’t show us places he would just tell us to look then tell him when we find a house that we would like to see. I told my husband were done with him because he didn’t even help us at all.

My husband reconsidered Nina Arce from another PMZ and as we were talking about Nina. She called and I met her over the phone. I told her about our problem with our previous Realtor®, that I was not happy. Nina helped us and she was very wonderful at her job. She didn’t push us to buy something that we couldn’t afford. Nina never stopped until we found our Home sweet Home. We’re so happy and always thanking her because she helped us a lot. If it was not for Nina’s helped we are still renting and paying other home owners.
